Black Girls Hike Global (BGHG) is a worldwide known adventure wellness company made by black women for black women.

Our vision for BGHG is to normalize black women exploring nature by outdoor recreating and providing healthy spaces for us to rest, heal and rejuvenate from the pressures of the world. We are changing the narrative one adventure at a time. While promoting healthy life styles such as physical activity and encouraging healthy eat habits,  we are creating a stronger outdoor sisterhood in waterways and on trails across the globe.
