Our vision for BGHG is to normalize black women exploring nature by outdoor recreating and providing healthy spaces for us to rest, heal and rejuvenate from the pressures of the world. We are changing the narrative one adventure at a time. While promoting healthy life styles such as physical activity and encouraging healthy eat habits,  we are creating a stronger outdoor sisterhood on waterways and on local trails across the globe.
